The new release from Tim Atlas and Hablot Brown titled “Color World” begins with a slow fad into a funky instrumental giving you an immediate throw back. It sounds like there are trumpets you could associate with disco music almost.  It then sets in with a catchy beat and beautiful, ranging vocals. It is a song that you can easily become the soundtrack to your every-day life. It is also a song that you can’t help but move to, especially in a gentle sway/ head bop. This song has been defined as “genre-defying” which I think is the perfect way to describe this song. It seems almost techno, disco, funk, R&B, and that’s to only state a few. It can effortlessly be woven into the lives of countless music lovers and that makes this song distinct and exceptional.
